My cats and dog love Creature Comforts and have for years. Homer runs into say hi to everyone and doesn’t even say good by to me. It’s like a 2nd home. They are air conditioned and heated and go out constantly and get a treat when they come in. There rates? INCREDIBLE I wouldn't leave my guys any where else.

This is the only place I will leave my dog. She LOVES it there!! She goes straight to the back as soon as we get there by herself. I have Never Ever had a problem with them. I would recomend Creature Comforts to anyone!

I took my puppy here after reading reviews and stopping by for a tour. The staff during the tour and drop off day were courteous and everything seemed to be going smoothly. I was gone for a total of 10 days. I had gotten my price quote and confirmed pick up time before I left. When I went to pick up my puppy, the lady who was working was not someone I had dealt with before. She stated that I was supposed to pick up my puppy a week earlier (?!?) and then tried to charge me more than I was quoted because no one left a note that I had a coupon. She then went to get my puppy and came back with just his belongings stating that he did not want to come to her. The items I left with them were covered in dirt, had poop on them, and were just filthy. I ended up throwing everything out that I sent my puppy there with. The lady also stated that he had diarrhea because they ran out of the food I left and did not carry it in stock. The amount that I had left was enough for more than a month of feedings for him!!! Not to my surprise, she stated that they were probably not feeding him the amount I clearly marked on the scooper for them and this is how he probably ran out of food. She then proceeded to blame it on me because I did not bring individual baggies for each feeding period! WTH? Needless to say, I went in the back to get my puppy and he was petrified and would not even come to me. Let me state that I have boarded him before at another place when I went out of town and NEVER have I had a problem with him coming to me when I go to pick him up. After my husband finally climbed on a stool and grabbed him from the back of his cage, we left and no apology was made. My dog had diarrhea and was covered in dirt, the sweater I specifically told them to put on him only at night when it was cold was on him at 1pm, and he was so petrified that he was stiff every time someone came near him. The only thing that the lady working said was that she was on vacation while my puppy was boarding here and the girl that was working during the time had just left for the day. No "I'm sorry", or attempt to rectify the situation. I asked for a call back the following day from the girl that had been there when my puppy boarding but not to my surprise, the call never came. All I can say is- STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOU PETS!!! view short comment
