Two weeks ago, my wife and I brought our two dogs to Brookside for a night of boarding. This was the first time ever that my wife has let strangers care overnight for "her babies", one of them she's had for 12 years. Well, circumstances forced her to consider the option and she narrowed the choices down to Brookside. We got there and they made their promises one how the dogs would be cared for (regularity walked, feed, medicines, etc.). My wife happened to be still nearby that same afternoon so she decided to just pass back by Brookside. She quickly could tell that they had not been walked. As she respectfully tried to bring up her concern, the owner flew into an aggressive screaming rage pointing her finger right in my wife's face. My wife hastily gathered the dogs and their items, locked herself in her car, and called me. I told her to just get off the property before the lunatic owner came out with a gun or something.
