We brought a puppy 9 yeras ago from Rodney and believe me she is as good as I good have dreamed, she was trained there at times by Rodney and Daff and I can't thank them both enough as Grizz is still going stron and in great shape too. I use them frequently for boarding and they have the best dog training program also.

They have completely remodeled the facility and it is clean, my dog is w ell taken care of.

Upon walking into the lobby area the stench, literally took my breath away. Out of desperation and in hindsight pure stupidity, I kenneled my dog there before traveling out of the country. When I returned to pick up my aging love puppy, he was covered in dirt. I complained to the caretaker who only then started to wipe my dog down with towels. I was upset, but happy to be reunited with my best friend, so I helped into the back my SUV. It was then that I realized that it wasn't mud that my dog was covered in, it was excrement! My dog was sick and apparently was allowed to lay in his own mess. I cried the whole ride home. When I pulled my self together, I called the owner. His offer to fix the situation was for me to bring my dog back for a bath. I declined his offer, got my money back and never kenneled my dog there again. DO NOT use this kennel. It's cheaper than others but clearly you get what you pay for! view short comment

This was my first time using Komplete Kennel July 09. Everthing went well. Rapp had no issues. I will be using Komplete Kennel services again 11-21 - 11-23-09. Happy client. Happy with there services.
