My dogs got into a fight after they fed them together when I expressly asked them not to and they told me "No problem, we can separate them to feed them." Mary was very defensive and uncaring when she finally did call me back a WEEK after this happened. She has never called to ask how my dogs were recovering, and she cashed my check even though I had to take my dogs to the emergency vet when I had paid her in advance. Very disappointing, have left dogs there before, this was a horrible experience, found my dogs covered with blood, one almost died, a young girl was left alone in charge who obviously had no clue what to do in this emergency. If you value your pet, don't leave it at Rainwood. view short comment
