Two voicemails inquiring if someone was available to watch my cats went unanswered, and finally an email was returned, but not until I was out of town. Autumn promised that she would check in on the cats while I was gone, but when I arrived home, the litter boxes were filthy, and their food and water were quite low. I am dumbfounded that a petsitting service who prides themselves on allowing petowners peace of mind could be so irresponsible and unprofessional. view short comment
