We boarded our dogs Saturday night. They didn't open til 5 for us to pick them up on Sunday. We would have been here sooner to get them but we couldn't til they opened. They charged us a 2nd night because of their hours. Nothing was on the paperwork and nothing was said at drop off when we asked prices. They also administered flea pills (that we didn't provide) without our permission. We are very ... view full comment
